Winning an Australian Small Business Champion Award is one of the highest accolades small businesses can aspire to. This year’s program will culminate on Saturday 21st April at The Westin, Sydney with a memorable award presentation evening attended by national finalists, sponsors and dignitaries. The Federal Minister for Small Business, The Hon. Brendan O’Connor MP, NSW Minister for Small Business, The Hon. Katrina Hodgkinson MP and NSW Shadow Minister for Small Business, The Hon Adam Searle MLC will also be attending.
There is also a great line up of entertainment in store featuring popular female artist from X-Factor, Sophia Conn, lead singer of the group, Three Wishez. Sophia will be joined on stage for a special performance with finalists from So You Think You Can Dance.
Dracakis were proud winners of this prestigious award in the competitive category of Jewellery Store in 2007 and hope to take the prize home again this year. Theodore Dracakis, manager of Dracakis boutique Mosman commented, “These awards acknowledge the overall success of small businesses, recognising everything from exceptional levels of customer service to contributions made in the local community. Along with the quality of our products it is these aspects of our business that my brothers and I pride ourselves on. It’s truly an honour to be a finalist.”
