Miss Universe in probably one of the most prestigious beauty pageants in the industry and when Miss Universe Australia came around we just had to jump on board.
As one of two stockist of Hearts On Fire Jewellery in NSW, Miss Universe approached us to collaborate and boy did we…

PRE FINALS

In the lead up to the finals, MUA arranged for 4 NSW finalist to visit us at the store Mosman. This was a great opportunity to meet the girls, get a sense of their personality and have some fun.
All of the girls were very excited to see the Hearts On Fire range in person and try some pieces on. We saw this as a perfect opportunity to do a little impromptu photo shoot with the girls.

The girls were not shy to show off in front of the camera (we mean have you seen them) but for what they all have in beauty they have equally in personality and integrity. All the girls are passionate about their education and careers and see MUA as a professional platform. Of course, it’s a beauty pageant, but these girls prove that beauty is not just skin deep.

NSW FINALS SHOW

As if having all these beautiful girls in store wasn’t enough of a treat, our very own Theodore Dracakis was formally invited to be a judge for the Miss Universe NSW Finals in Sydney. Theo sat amongst a panel of esteemed judges including Company owner Deborah Miller & 2014  Miss Universe Australia Tegan Martin.

Theodore Dracakis & The NSW National Finalists

The event was a huge success and 3 of our girls made it through to national finals in Melbourne in June. Theodore has said “Judging the girls was a lot harder than I thought it would be, there is so much more to it than being beautiful. The girls have to present themselves before the panel and be personable. Some of the on the spot questions, even I would have had difficulty answering.”

We would like to wish all our girls the best in the finals! We’re behind you!
